"MN" is a snow weight measuring device that automatically measures the weight of snow accumulated on a stainless steel plate on a water pillow. It is mainly used for predicting the weight of snow on roofs and, when combined with a snow depth gauge, for predicting water volume in reservoirs and for research purposes.
